We pulled live Google Maps ranking data across a 9x9 grid, 2.5-mile radius, for every Michigan and New York location and 6 of the searches your customers actually type. Here is exactly where you stand today, and what it takes to lead in each market.
Share of Local Voice (SoLV) is the percentage of the grid where a location shows up in the local 3-pack for a given search. Average Rank Position (ARP) is where it lands when it does show up.
"Weed dispensary," "weed delivery," and "weed delivery near me" all come back at 0% SoLV and an ARP of 21.00 at all 8 locations, which means you are not found at a single one of the 81 grid points. Same story for "marijuana dispensary near me" and "weed dispensary near me" at the three stores where we scanned them. Meanwhile the "dispensary" and "cannabis" phrasings rank fine, up to 86% SoLV in Roseville. Two of your own title tags advertise weed delivery, Inkster and Buffalo, and neither ranks for it anywhere. This isn't one weak store, it's all 8, without exception, and it points to a GBP category/attribute or on-page terminology gap that a single fix can close chain-wide, not eight separate problems.
Average SoLV across all 6 scanned keywords, 2.5-mile grid, captured 9/6/2026. Status is relative to the rest of the chain.
This is the actual 9 by 9 grid, 2.5 mile radius scan for your top keyword, one map per location. Green pins mean you show in the local 3 pack from that point, amber and orange are ranks 4 through 20, an X means you were not found there at all, and the SoLV and ARP numbers below each map are the results from that scan.
Tier reflects the size and competitiveness of each market. Monroe, Detroit and Ferndale compete in the most crowded fields in the chain and get the most aggressive plan; the stores already winning their local pack need less to hold and extend it.
| Location | Market | Avg SoLV today | Recommended tier | Timeline | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monroe | Monroe (20k) | 1% | 1–3 months | $2,500 | |
| Detroit | Detroit (630k) | 11% | 1–3 months | $2,500 | |
| Ferndale | Ferndale (19k) | 6% | 1–3 months | $2,500 | |
| Buffalo, NY | Buffalo, NY (278k) | 16% | Growth | 4–6 months | $1,700 |
| New Buffalo | New Buffalo (1.7k) | 30% | Growth | 4–6 months | $1,700 |
| Inkster | Inkster (25k) | 27% | Essential | 6–12 months | $1,100 |
| Roseville | Roseville (47k) | 43% | Essential | 6–12 months | $1,100 |
| Taylor | Taylor (63k) | 40% | Essential | 6–12 months | $1,100 |
Same three tiers across every location. The difference is depth and pace, not the fundamentals.
Every location gets its own live dashboard, not a monthly PDF.
One dashboard per location pulling live rankings, Google Analytics 4, and Google Business Profile Search Console data together. GA4 shows revenue tied to organic and local traffic, Google Business shows customer interactions including phone calls and website clicks.
SMS review requests tied to your POS, sent right after checkout while the visit is fresh.
The same grid-scan format shown above, re-run every week per location, so you see how the campaign is moving in near real time instead of waiting on a monthly cycle.
